WE GUARANTEE

Luvance Indonesia offers you a 1-year service warranty against all defects or faults in manufacturing or materials supplied with the following terms and conditions:

  • To benefit from the warranty, the original proof of purchase (sales receipt) must be attached to warranty slip along with full details required in the warranty card.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, falls, dismantling or repair by unauthorised persons.
  • We reserve the rights to decline free replacement part (s) causes in point -2. Replacement will be charged to customer
  • Standard repairs or exchanges during the warranty period will not affect the expiry date of this warranty
  • We only responsible for the proper functioning of the products as before. We shall not be responsible for any discoloration or other appearance, including but not limited to changes in color of welding processes, splicing, and any other repairs.
  • To claim warranty, please deliver products to the address written in warranty card / authorized service center. All charges of courier services in returning the product after repair will be borne to customer
  • For services beyond warranty period, please contact our service center. We will confirm all service / spare part fee before proceeding with service.
